摘    要:利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO<,2>溶胶,以浸渍--提拉法制备瓷砖负载的纳米TiO<,2>薄膜,采用XRD和AFM技术对其进行了表征,通过自然落菌实验和人为接菌实验分别考察了纳米TiO<,2>薄膜的杀菌性能.研究表明:纳米TiO<,2>薄膜中生成的是锐钛矿相纳米二氧化钛,晶粒的粒径为18.98 nm,颗粒粒径比较均匀;...

Abstract:TiO2 sol was prepared by sol-gel method.Nano-TiO2 thin film on ceramic surface was prepared by dipcoating techniques,which were tested using XRD and AFM,and bactericidal activity of nano-TiO2 thin film was studied by natural fell bacterium experiments and artificial fell bacterium experiments respectively.The results showed that the main type of crystallite for TiO2 was anatase and the crystallite size of TiO2 was 18.98 nm,and the surface shape was fairly uniformity.Nano-TiO2 thin film had good ability of bactericidal performance on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureaus,Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
