天然气管道外腐蚀与防护

摘    要:根据输气管道统计资料总结出天然气管道腐蚀因素在引发管道事故影响因素的位列,指出腐蚀是造成天然气管道事故的最主要原因之一,通过比较得出外腐蚀较之内腐蚀占所有腐蚀的比重相对较大,进而探讨了输气管道外腐蚀的分类及其影响因素,介绍了输气管道防护措施,包括防腐涂层和阴极保护两种最广为应用防护方式,提出了各自适用的腐蚀防护方式,即双层FBE和三层PE广泛应用于外防腐涂层,强制电流阴极保护是输气管道阴极保护的主要应用类型,最后阐明了实施防腐涂层和强制阴极保护联合保护才能发挥高效优质的腐蚀防护效能。

Abstract:Based on natural gas pipeline incident statistics,the corrosion was the main reason.By comparison,external corrosion outweighed internal corrosion.Further,classification and influencing factors of external corrosion were introduced and anti-corrosion measures were presented,including anti-corrosion coating and cathodic protection.The former was typical of two-layer Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder Coating(FBE) and three-layer polyethylene coating(PE).The latter was widely applied as impressed current cathodic protection.Finally,for efficient anit-corrosion,the combination of coating and cathodic protection was suggested.
