| 摘 要： | 采用酸醇提取减压浓缩法提取猪胰脏中的胰岛素。以胰岛素的提取含量为考察指标，以提取所用的溶剂、除杂质时的碱化、酸化pH值为考察因素进行正交实验，优选了最佳提取工艺条件为：用丙酮、水、氯化钙为提取溶剂，酸化pH为3．8，碱化pH为8．0除杂。优选得到的工艺稳定可行且提取率最高而杂质含量少。

| Abstract: | The reduced pressure concentration method was used to extraction the insulin in pig pancreas.Taking the extraction of insulin content as index,the orthogonal experiment was done with the extraction solvent,impurity with alkaline and acidification pH as the investigation factors.The optimal conditions were that acetone,calcium chloride and water were solvents,pH was 3.8 and impurity was 8.0,and the craft was stable,high extraction yield and less impurities. |
