鱼尼丁受体抑制剂的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了新型鱼尼丁受体抑制剂类杀虫剂的研究进展,包括近年来国内外农药公司报道的活性化合物和氟虫酰胺及氯虫酰胺的创制经纬。以氟虫酰胺和氯虫酰胺的结构为基础分别对邻苯二甲酰胺类和邻甲酰胺基苯甲酰胺类鱼尼丁抑制剂的研究现状做了分类介绍,并对鱼尼丁抑制剂研究前景进行展望。

Abstract:Recent advance on insecticides targeting at the ryanodine receptor was reviewed,including same good activity compounds.They were reported by agricultural company and the discovery of Flubendiamide and Chlorantraniliprole.The recent studies for ryanodine receptor inhibitor of phthalic acid diamides and anthranic diamides were reviewed from the structure of Flubendiamide and Chlorantraniliprole.The developing trends and application prospects of ryanodine receptor inhibitor were also discussed.
