合成氨厂半水煤气脱硫技术现状及展望

摘    要:合成氨厂半水煤气中的硫化物主要为H2S,脱硫方法分为干法和湿法.目前中小型合成氨厂常用的湿式氧化脱硫法有:氨水催化法、栲胶法、改良ADA法、PDS法、MSQ法,KcA法,888法.888-脱硫催化剂脱硫全面,能脱除无机硫,也可脱有机硫.其有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract:The main sulphide compound of semi-water-gas in ammonia plant was H2S,and the process of desulfuration were dry and wet process.At the present,the wet oxidation processes were the ammonia liquor catalysis process for desulfuration,the tannin extract desulfuration,the rapid and effective ADA method,the PDS process,the MSQ process,the KCA process and the 888 process.The 888 process had wide potential application because the technology desulfurization catalyst not only removed inorganic desulfur but also removed organic desulfur.
