大孔树脂纯化莲蓬壳色素工艺研究

摘    要:研究了大孔树脂纯化莲蓬壳色素工艺条件,选用六种树脂对莲蓬壳色素进行了吸附和解析实验,筛选出适合莲蓬壳色素纯化的树脂型号,得出最佳吸附条件。该研究提供了一种新的色素提取来源,为有效利用莲蓬壳废弃物及实现该色素的工业化生产提供实验依据。

Abstract:The purification of pigment from lotus receptacle was studied.The characteristics of adsorption and desorption of six kinds of macriporous resins to lotus receptacle pigments were investigated.The purification conditions were studied.The study provided a new source for the extraction of natural pigment and basic theory for the industrial production of this pigment.
