FPC用改性丙烯酸酯胶黏剂的研制

摘    要:采用苯并噁嗪和线型酚醛树脂与丙烯酸酯共聚乳液共混,制备了三种改性丙烯酸酯胶黏剂。对胶黏剂进行热分析确定了柔性覆铜板制作的固化工艺。讨论了两组份对改性胶黏剂及相应柔性覆铜板性能的影响。结果表明,两组份复合使用所得到的改性胶黏剂的粘接强度最大;苯并噁嗪的使用提高了基板的耐热性;单独使用苯并噁嗪的改性胶黏剂制成的基板能在350℃锡浴中10 s内不分层不起泡。

Abstract:Modified acrylate adhesive was prepared through blending acrylate copolymer emulsion with benzonxazine and linear phenolic resin.The curing process of flexible copper clad laminates was confirmed by adhesive thermal analysis.Effect of the composition on the properties of adhesive and corresponding FCCLs was studied.The results showed that adhesive modified by benzonxazine and phenolic resin together exhibited the largest bond strength.The heat resistance of FCCLs was increased by acrylate copolymer emulsion with benzonxazine.FCCLs made form modified adhesive only using benzonxazine can pass the 350 ℃ soldering test with no blisters and no hierarchical in 10 s.
