| 摘 要： | 湿法脱硫行业箱罐一般为常压、内壁需要防腐、配备顶进式搅拌器、采用平顶结构。本文分析了脱硫箱罐结构的特点,并结合实际工程设计经验,本着经济适用的原则,对箱罐基础、底板、壁板、顶部等结构设计提出了针对性的应对策略。本文还对薄壁箱罐的整体起吊运输设计提出了解决方案。对脱硫行业的箱罐设计具有实际的借鉴作用。 |

| Abstract: | In wet desulfurization industry,tanks were almost atmospheric pressure,internal anticorrosive,flat-top structure with top enter type mixer.The characteristics of structure of desulfurization tanks were analyzed,and combining the actual engineering design experience,adhering to the principle of economy,corresponding strategies were puts forward to the tank foundation,shell,the tank top design.The way of integral hoisting for thin-walled tanks was proposed.The tank structural design in practical projects can be guided by the results. |
