摘    要:《药品、食品的冷冻干燥技术》课程建设对于培养制药界、食品界一专多能的复合型人才非常必要。本文从课程体系的构建、加强教材建设、加强师资力量、加强实践教学等几方面提出了课程建设的思路和预期目标。
