稠油降粘剂的复配降粘效果评价

摘    要:研究了不同温度、单一和复配降粘剂对河南某油田稠油的降粘效果.结果表明,稠油粘度随温度升高而降低,当温度高于60℃时,粘度随温度升高而下降缓慢,之后粘度保持在较低水平基本不变.实验确定的最佳配方为:SDS用量0.5%,OP-10用量0.3%,AES用量0.1%,助剂NaOH用量0.05%,温度40℃,此时降粘率可达98....

Abstract:The effects of different temperature,single and composite viscosity reducers on the viscosity of crude oil in an oilfield of Henan province were studied.The results showed that the viscosity decreased with the temperature increasing.When the temperature was above 60 ℃,the viscosity decreased slowly and stabilized gradually.The optimum composition were gained as follows: the dosage of SDS,OP-10,AES and additive dosage(NaOH) 0.5%,0.3%,0.1%,0.05%,respectively,temperature 40 ℃.The rate of viscosity reduction was above 98.5%.
