摘    要:通过对厚规格板坯加热黑匣子温度测试,分析大型步进梁式蓄热加热炉厚板坯加热速率变化,确定厚规格板坯加热过程温度随时间的变化曲线,并通过调整加热炉二级控制模型参数和燃烧模型设定温度,使其符合厚板坯加热过程中实际温度变化情况.该措施取得了显著效果.

Abstract:The change of thickest slab reheating rate in big walking beam recovery slab heating furnace was analyzed through the online slab reheating process temperature measurement,and the thickest slab temperature variation curve with time ensured through the measurement.The remarkable effect was gained by adjusting heating furnace second level model parameters and combustion model setting temperature to fit real temperature change during slab reheating process.
