利用焦化废弃物制型煤粘结剂的研究

摘    要:利用焦油渣和酸焦油为原料,按一定比例混合,经70℃水浴加热处理制得型煤粘结剂,并在5 kg实验焦炉进行了添加粘结剂型煤炼焦实验。结果表明:添加10%的2#粘结剂生产型煤,制得抗压强度可达115.48 N/cm2,跌落强度可达95.88%,满足了型煤生产、运输和入炉的要求。添加该粘结剂进行炼焦,焦炭质量有所提高,同时解决...
