油纸绝缘电流互感器用粘接剂研究

摘    要:结合油纸绝缘电流互感器绝缘特性,通过分析常用粘接剂的物理化学性质、电气性能和工艺特点,阐述了绝缘包绕过程中选用粘接剂的基本思路,以及与电流互感器制造工艺的适应性,指出黄糊精用在绝缘包绕中作为粘接剂比虫胶、酚醛树脂胶和白乳胶更具优点。

Abstract:Combining with the dielectric characteristics of the oil-impregnated current transformer,the basic idea to select the adhesives during the process of insulating winding and packing is expounded based on the analysis of the physic and chemical features,electric performance and the manufacturing technologies of the common used adhesives.The adaptability related to the manufacturing technologies of the current transformer is also presented.It points out that the yellow dextrin has more advantages than that of the shellac,the phenol-formaldehyde resin and the white glue in the insulating winding process.
