沁水煤层气田开发技术及应用效果

摘    要:沁水煤层气田是我国发现的第一个高煤阶煤层气田,开发试验证实煤层产气稳定,开发前景好,目前规模开发已全面铺开,实践证实影响气田开发效果的关键因素在于开发技术的选择。现主要采用直井/丛式井压裂排采和多分支水平井开发技术,在对上述两种技术的应用现状和开采效果进行分析的基础上,认为多分支水平井技术更有利于提高气井产量、加快采气速度、提高煤层气采收率,并且可以克服直井/丛式井压裂施工对煤层顶底板造成破坏以及地层应力变化对煤炭开采带来的不利影响。

Abstract:Qinshui coalbed methane field is the first high rank CBM (coalbed methane) field discovered in China and the development test proved that Qinshui CBM field has sustained gas production and a good mining prospect. At present, scale development has already been carried out and the practice demonstrates that the key factor influencing development effectiveness of gas field lies in the selection of development technology. The straight/cluster wells and multi lateral horizontal wells are mainly used at present. On the basis of analyzing application situation and development efficiency of above two techniques, it was indicated that the application of the multi lateral horizontal well is more conducive to improve the production of gas wells, to speed up gas producing rate, to increase CBM recovery rate, and to avoid the damage caused by straight /cluster well fracturing operation to coal seam roof and floor and the adverse effects brought by formation stress variation to coal mining, which is beneficial to the harmonious development between coalbed methane and coal industry.
