城市电网应急处理管理信息系统研究与开发

江苏省电力公司依托旧家电网公司重点科技项目，开展了城市电网应急处理管理信息系统的研发。系统以平战结合为设计原则，构建了以应急管理为主线、以预案流程管理为依据的综合信息平台，建立城市电网应急预案平台，突出“保障电网安全、提高服务水平”的宗旨，开辟了应急处理信息化的创新之路。

Research and development of city power emergency management information system

Jiangsu Electric Power Company relies on key science and technology projects of Stale Grid Corporation, launched the research and development of cily＇ s power grid emergency management information systems. The system takes the combination of peace time and war time as the design principle, constructs all integrated process management information platform which takes emergency management as main line and pre-plan process management as accordance, establishes urban power grids emergency pre-plan platform, highlights the purpose of the ＂protection network security, improves service levels,＂ opening up emergency treatment information leehnology innovation.
