基于网格化规划的城市配电网精准投资策略

摘    要:随着城市现代化建设的快速发展及城市范围的不断扩张,城市配电网的建设改造投资也急剧增加。为了提升城市配电网的投资效益,提出一种基于网格化规划的城市配电网精准化投资模型。首先对各网格的分类投资方案进行优选,基于改进的NSGA-Ⅱ算法优化得到各网格的最优投资曲线。然后以每个网格的总投资额作为变量,建立城市配电网投资分配模型,将结果映射到对应网格的最优投资曲线,得到城市配电网的精准化投资方案。最后将该模型应用于某城市电网进行算例仿真,结果表明改进的NSGA-Ⅱ算法可以改善Pareto解集的分布特性,所提模型能够较好地反映各网格的改造建设需求,在满足各网格及整体的投资效益约束下,实现城市配电网的精准有效投资。

Abstract:With the rapid development of urban modernization and the continuous expansion of urban areas, the investment in the construction and transformation of urban distribution network has also increased sharply. In order to improve the investment benefit of the urban distribution network, the paper proposes an accurate investment model of the urban distribution network based on grid planning. Firstly, the classified investment plan of each grid is optimized, and the optimal investment curve of the grid is obtained based on the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm. Then the total investment amount of the grid is used as a variable to establish the investment allocation model of the urban distribution network, and the result is mapped to the optimal investment curve of the corresponding grid to obtain a precise investment plan for the urban distribution network. Finally, the model is applied to a certain urban power grid to simulate an example. The results show that the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm can improve the distribution characteristics of the Pareto solution set. The proposed model can better reflect the transformation and construction demand of the grid, achieving the accurate and effective investment in the urban distribution network while meeting the constraints of the grid and the overall investment benefit.
