摘    要:针对抽水蓄能电站参与系统频率调节问题,分别研究了定速与变速抽水蓄能电站对区域电网频率稳定的调节作用。对于定速抽水蓄能电站,分析了不同网架结构下定速抽水蓄能电站基于负荷频率调节效应的频率恢复结果;对于变速抽水蓄能电站,建立PSCAD平台下可变速抽水蓄能电站机组的数学模型,基于ω-f曲线自适应整定比例-积分-微分(PID)控制器环节参数,实时控制抽水蓄能机组电机转速调节系统频率。仿真分析表明,定速与变速抽水蓄能电站均能有效实现电力系统能量存储与时序转移,调节供需失衡进而保障系统频率稳定。

Abstract:In the light of the participation of pumped storage power stations in system frequency regulation,the effects of fixed speed and variable speed pumped storage power stations on regional power grid frequency stability are studied respectively. For fixed speed pumped storage power stations,the frequency recovery results are studied based on the load frequency regulation effect under different grid structures. Moreover,the mathematical model of variable speed pumped storage power station units is established based on the PSCAD platform. The parameters of PID governor are adjusted based on the ω-f curve to control the motor speed of the pumping and storage unit in real time and adjust the system frequency. The results show that both fixed speed and variable speed pumped storage power stations can effectively realize the energy storage and time sequence transfer, ensure the frequency stability of the system.
