摘    要:为解决线路老化与电网可靠性之间的权衡问题,通过最小化因导体温度升高引起的需求损失和网络老化,优化每条负载母线的平均需求损耗,以提高线路额定值和修改负载曲线。所考虑的线路与负载母线相连接,采用动态线路额定值技术,以削峰填谷形式的需求响应来修改负荷需求曲线,根据剩余平均需求损失的利用率降低允许的峰值负荷。结果表明,与仅优先考虑网络老化保护的方案相比,该方法在网络老化和可靠性并重的基础上,在线路老化允许范围内少量增加线路老化以提高系统可靠性,提高率高达68.9%,具有较高的经济效益。与仅优先考虑提高网络可靠性的方案相比,在整个研究的超标温度允许范围(1%~25%)内,线路老化平均降低70.3%。

Abstract:In order to solve the trade-off between line aging and power grid reliability,the average demand loss of each load bus is optimized by minimizing the demand loss and network aging resulted from conductor temperature rise,so as to improve the line rating and modify the load curve. The considered line is connected with load bus,and the dynamic line rating technology is used for operation. The demand response in the form of peak shaving and valley filling is used to modify the load demand curve, and the allowable peak load is reduced according to the utilization rate of remaining average demand loss. The results show that the proposed method pays equal attention to network aging and reliability,and improves the system reliability by adding a small amount of line aging compared with the scheme that only gives priority to network aging protection. The improvement rate is as high as 68.9%,which has higher economic benefits. Compared with the scheme that only gives priority to improving network reliability,the line aging is reduced by 70.3% within the allowable temperature exceedance range (1%~25%).
