| 摘 要： | 2019年,全球氢能发展进入创新之年。在战略共识基本成形的基础上,各主要国家积极推进氢能技术研发、探索应用模式、推进基础设施建设。氢能在我国受到前所未有的关注,2019年氢能首次被写入政府工作报告、首次被纳入能源统计报表,各地发展热情高涨。本文从战略规划、技术、应用、基础设施、产业格局等方面,回顾了2019年国内外氢能发展形势,并对2020年氢能发展提出建议。

| Abstract: | The development of hydrogen in 2019 could be characterized by“The year of Innovation”.With the establishment of theory system,R&D,application mode and infrastructure were further promoted in main countries.In China,hydrogen has been written in“the Report on the Work of the Government”for the first time,hydrogen has been listed in China’s energy statistic table for the first time as well.Consequently,hydrogen becomes one of the hot topics in energy field.In this paper,hydrogen development situation has been reviewed from the prospective of strategy planning,technology,application,infrastructure and industrial structure,policy recommendations for 2020 have been put forward. |
