基于MIT-LXPM改进遗传算法的配电网时间序列三相不平衡优化调控策略

摘    要:三相不平衡负荷分布极大增加了配电网线路损耗和安全风险。基于电力物联网的信息系统及智能家居设备的规模化应用,提出一种基于MIT-LXPM改进遗传算法的配电网三相不平衡调控策略。以智能用电设备的开启时刻作为调节手段,以台区平均三相不平衡度最小为优化目标,通过MIT截断提高设备开启时刻的多样性;基于LX交叉和PM变异实现种群交叉变异,迭代寻找用电设备的最佳开启时刻,降低三相不平衡度。以某省电力公司示范台区为例进行试验验证,结果表明所提方法可将台区平均三相不平衡度由49.78%降至18.56%,线损由30.14%降至9.68%。

Abstract:Three-phase unbalanced distribution of load greatly increases the line loss and safety risk of distribution network. Based on the information system of power Internet of things and the large-scale application of smart home devices,three-phase unbalance regulation strategy of distribution network is proposed based on MIT-LXPM improved genetic algorithm. Taking the opening time of the electric equipment as regulation measures, the minimum average three-phase imbalance degree in station area as optimization objective, Mixed Integer Truncation (MIT) is used to improve the diversity of device startup time. Based on the Laplace Crossover(LX) operator and Power Mutation(PM) operator,the optimal opening time of electric equipment is searched iteratively, and the three-phase imbalance degree is decreased. Taking the demonstration station area of certain provincial power company as an example,the results show that the average three-phase imbalance of the station area based on the proposed method is reduced from 49.78% to 18.56%, and the line loss is reduced from 30.14% to 9.68%.
