新型针织内衣面料热湿舒适性影响因素主成分分析

摘    要:为客观研究一类新型针织内衣面料的热湿舒适性主要影响因素,对珍珠纤维、大豆纤维、竹纤维、聚乳酸纤维等8种新型针织内衣面料及棉织物共9种面料进行了热湿舒适性能测试,并采用SPSS软件中的因子分析,利用主成分分析法对试验面料的各项基本性能参数进行了分析.结果显示:影响这类针织内衣面料热湿舒适性的主要因素是材料的吸湿性能、织物的厚度、紧密度及织物组织结构;织物厚度越小、密度越小,其透气、吸湿透湿性能越好;织物越厚实,织物保暖性能越好.

Abstract:In order to research the major factors on heat-moisture comfort performance of new knitted underwear fabrics impersonality,the heat-moisture comfort experiments of new knitted underwear fabrics,such as pearl fiber fabric,soybean fiber fabric,bamboo fabric and PLA fabric are made,as well as cotton fabric.Then,the impact factors that may affect heat-moisture comfort of knitted underwear the SPSS software.The result show that the main factors which influence heat-moisture comfort of knitted underwear are moist...
