摘    要:建立无功补偿优化规划的数学模型,采用年电能损失费用与折合为等年值的新增无功补偿设备的投资费用之和最小为目标。在约束条件中,考虑了几种不同负荷的运行方式。根据分解协调原理,把这一复杂问题分解为最大负荷方式,一般负荷方式和最小负荷方式三个子模型,其投资费用在最大负荷方式下考虑,对于三个子模型用最大负荷损耗时间来协调统一,使得模型更符合实际情况,避免了只考虑单一负荷方式的片面性,具体求解方法采用非线性规

Abstract:The mathematical model of optimal reactive power planning which has been estabilished in this paper,uses the sum of active power lose money and minimize investment in new adding VAR equipment which has been divided in each year as the objective function.Equality constraints consist of three different load operation conditions-light,normal and heavy,so do unequality constraints.All the methods make the model more comply with the actual situation and avoid the onesidedness of single load operation condition.Based on the theory of decomposition and concert,we resolve the complex mathematical model into three submodels under right,normal and heavy load operation conditions,the investment of new adding VAR equipment is considered under heavy load operation condition.We coordinate three models by using heavy load loss time.Therefore,various operating conditions are considered so that the result is precise and the algorithm is simple and can be easily realized.
