摘    要:通过对硬质聚氯乙烯(RPVC)加工流变曲线的分析,研究了加工助剂、抗冲改性剂、润滑剂、金属皂类稳定剂等对其加工流变性能的影响。试验表明:丙烯酸酯类加工助剂和内润滑剂能促进RPVC的塑化,外润滑剂却延长塑化时间;氯化聚乙烯(CPE)作为抗冲击改性剂对RPVC的塑化促进作用较小;随着以内润滑为主的金属皂类稳定剂用量的增加,塑化时间缩短,而随着以外润滑为主的金属皂类稳定剂用量的增加,塑化时间延长。

Abstract:The effects of additives and fillers including processing aids, impact modifiers, lubricants and metal soaps on rheology of poly(vinyl chloride) have been investigated through analyzing the processing rheological curves of rigid PVC. The experimental results showed that the processing aids acrylic resin(ACR) and inner lubricant could promote the fusion of RPVC, but external lubricant prolongs fusion time. Chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) as impact modifiers has less effect on RPVC fusion time. The fusion time would be shortened with increase of content of inner lubricant metal soap, but prolonged with increase of content of exrernal lubricant metal soap.
