摘    要:3000r/min下加工椭圆形活塞异形销孔,要求刀杆的进刀频率为100Hz,普通的机械机构难以适应这种要求,提出了一种基于磁致伸缩材料的高频响伺服刀杆结构。以固有频率为优化设计目标,通过对刀杆结构的模态分析,对刀杆结构进行了优化设计。优化设计后的刀杆的各阶频率均远离使用频率,经生产验证,加工效果理想,为异形销孔高速精密加工提供了一条新途径。

Abstract:Boring a oval piston pine hole(OPPH) at rotating speed of 3 000 r/min,a boring bar must work with feed frequency of 100Hz.Normal mechanism can not meet this requirement.A special designed boring bar(SDBB) based on giant magnetostrictive material(GMM) is presented.A new approach aimed at high natural frequency and based on modal analysis is introduced.The boring bar structure is optimized by the new approach.All the modal frequencies of the optimized SDBB are far away from 100Hz.A test is performed.It is demonstrated that the optimized structure can meet the requirement to perform machining OPPH effectively.
