化学预处理提高二次纤维使用品质的研究

摘    要:对国内二次纤维原料分别使用NaOH,Na2CO3,碱性氮磷盐三种化学预处理方式进行了研究,二次纤维的NaOH预处理是提高二次纤维经度指标的有效方法,预处理碱用量宜控制在1%-3%,与NaOH预处理相比,Na2CO3,碱性氮磷盐预处理具有相似的增强效果,在提高二次纤维环压强度指标方面效果更好,碱性氮磷盐化学预处理工艺具有特殊意义,纸浆得率损失小,同时N、P盐是二次纤维工厂废水处理工程运行必须加入的营养盐,不会给工厂增加新的化学污染来源和化学药品成本。

Abstract:The effects on physical properties of secondary fiber, chemi-pretreated respectively with sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate andalkali N/P salt, are investigated in this paper. The results indicate that alkaline pretreatment process is an effective measure in improving strengthproperties of secondary fiber, with the alkali quantity restricted between 1% and 3%. In comparison, the chemical pretreatment process ofsodium carbonate and the alkali N/P salt process produce similar effects but with superiority in improving the ring crush strength, the latter beingof special significance in that it entails decreased pulp yield loss and that it protects the factory from added chemical pollution and furtherchemical cost for N and P elements are essential nutriments for the bio-treatment stage of waste water processing system.
