集胞藻6803在封闭式光生物反应器中的混合营养培养

摘    要:采用摇瓶和封闭式光生物反应器进行了蓝藻基因工程常用宿主系统集胞藻Syne-chocystis 6803的混合营养培养研究,在摇瓶中对集胞藻6803利用有机碳源特性进行研究的结果表明,光照是集胞藻6803利用葡萄糖的必需条件,混合营养培养是集胞藻6803的最佳培养方式,以葡萄糖为基质在2.5L封闭式光生物反应器中经过58.5h的混合营养培养,集胞藻6803的藻细胞密度和平均生长速度分别达到2.50g/L和1.01g/L/d,分别是光自养培养同期的9倍和11倍,这表明封闭式光生物反应器混合营养培养方式在促进集胞藻6803生长上有显著作用。

Abstract:Studies on the mixortophic cultivation of Synechocystis sp. PCC6803 in shake flasks and a 2.5L enclosed photobioreactor were carried out. The results from mixotrophic cultivations in shake flasks showed that light was necessary for mixotrophic growth of Synechocystis sp. PCC6803; compared with sucrose, glucose was a better kind of substance for Synechocystis sp. PCC6803 mixotrophically growing. In 2.5L enclosed photobioreactor, after 58.5h mixotrophic cultivation, 2.50g/L cell density and 1.01g/L/d were achieved, which were respectively 9 times and 11 times as much as those in photoautotrophic cultivation. On the basis of above results, it was concluded that mixotrophic cultivation system had an advantage over photoautotrophic cultivation system.
