复合混凝剂GS处理洗涤剂废水试验研究

摘    要:实验室试验和工业应用试验结果表明,采用复合混凝剂预处理洗涤剂生产废水,其净化效果明显优于传统的单一型混凝剂PAC和PFS,且用量小,费用低,与生物接触氧化法联合处理洗涤剂生产废水。处理后水质清亮,COD、SS、pH值等污染物指标均达到国家一级排放标准要求,是处理洗涤剂生产废水的一条有效途径。

Abstract:The experiment in lab and industrial application indicate that the purification effect of using complex coagulant for pretreating the wastewater from detergent production is superior to that of the traditional and onefold coagulant,PAC and PFS,because of its less dosage and lower cost.When it is used in combination with biological contact oxidation to treat the wastewater from detergent production,the quality of the treated wastewater is clear and the criteria of COD,SS,pH conform to the requirement of the First Grade National Discharge Standard.There-fore,it is an effective way to treat the detergent wastewater.
