| 摘 要： | 对杭州富春江冶炼厂制酸系统的工艺流程，设备规格作一介绍，对生产中暴露出来的问题及时改进和完善：增加一台石墨间冷器，一台外换热器，两只内换热器阀门，将普通丝网除沫器改为抽屉式丝网除沫器，并减少丝网截面积，改造后除雾沫效果明显，转化率提高。

| Abstract: | he process flow and equipment specification of the
title plant are described According to the problems exposed during operation,the plant was
improved by installing a graphite indirect condenser,an outer gas heat exchanger,and two
valves for inner gas heat exchanger,substituting drawlike wire demister for a conventional
one and reducing the section area of the demister SO2 conversion and mist collection
efficiencies were increased |
