PTT纤维与PET纤维力学性能的模拟与比较

摘    要:三元件模型能较好地模拟PTT纤维和PET纤维的应力松弛过程。从纤维大分子结构和模型参数分析得出:PTT纤维较PET纤维具有较低的初始模量,较大的延伸性;PTT纤维应力松弛率较小,应力松弛速度较慢,具有较好的弹性;PET纤维比PTT纤维有较明显的粘流特征;PTT和PET纤维在小应变水平下弹性变形所占比例较多。

Abstract:The relaxations of stress of PTT fibre and PET fibre may be simulated by using a three-element mechanical model. The macromolecular structure and model parameter are analysed and it shows that PTT fibre has lower initial modulus, higher extensibility, lower stree relaxation ratio and speed,and higher elasticity than PET fibre,while the viscous flow of PET fibre is more apparent, and the proportion of elastic deformation of PTT and PET fibres is high at lower strain level.
