冲击振动实验的控制和数据采集研究

摘    要:利用LabVIEW的多线程技术开发了冲击振动系统动力学实验台的控制系统,并设计了数据采集分析软件.该软件通过非NI的多功能卡实现了对2只两位三通电磁阀的换向控制及多个通道模拟量信号的采集,同时通过计算机串行端口与激光靶控制器通讯,进行激光靶坐标数值采集.利用数据分析模块对所采集的信号进行显示,同步指示传感器和激光靶在某时刻的数据,并通过各通道信号的频谱检验数据的正确性.

Abstract:The paper deceloped control system for experiments of impact vibration, and designed the software of DAQ based on LabVIEW's multi-threads technical. The program realized the reverse control of the two three-channel magnet valves and collected the multi-channel analog signals by using PIO-821PGL multi-function card as the DAQ and DIO hardware. The paper used the serial port of computer to communicate with the PIC controller of laser target at the same time and collected the dates of laser target. After gaining all the necessary data, it shows them in the module of data analysis, and indicates the data of some time of sensors and laser target synchronously, and checks all the signals by FFT.
