拉码头多工位级进模设计

摘    要:拉链的拉码头零件形状复杂,而且存在不同壁厚弯曲、四角弯曲和负角弯曲等成形要求,本文为提高效率将单工序的11套模具的冲压生产改为级进模具生产方式。通过详细分析拉码头零件的结构特点和冲压工艺性,完成了拉码头零件的连续冲压排样设计和级进模具设计。设计中采用的冲压工艺与挤压工艺结合、多级阶梯凸模的模具结构、斜排级进排样等创新设计起了关键作用,最终成功压出产品,为类似零件的工艺和模具设计提供了参考和借鉴作用。
