LS-DYNA在挤压工艺数值模拟中的应用

摘    要:采用LS-DYNA软件,利用Lagrange和自适应网格算法对金属的正挤压、反挤压和复合挤压进行了数值模拟。根据对内燃机气缸螺栓保护螺母复合温挤压的模拟结果,指导设计模具,并通过螺母挤压生产验证,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:LS-DYNA software,Lagrange and adaptive grid algorithm were applied to simulate metal extrusion processes,including the forward extrusion,backward extrusion and combined extrusion.An extrusion die was developed according to the simulation result of a combined warm extrusion process for a nut for bolt-protection in an engine cylinder;and application shows the production efficiency to be increased.
