摘    要:介绍一种利用毛细管热导检测器气相色谱法(GC-TCD)测定空分设备液氧中氧化亚氮的检测方法。比较了填充柱和毛细管柱、脉冲放电检测器和热导检测器的优缺点,从生产实际出发,确定选择10m的毛细管PQ柱和热导检测器的搭配,对空分设备旁冷凝器的液氧中氧化亚氮含量进行监控。实际运用情况表明:该方法具有分析准确、过程时间短和稳定性好的优点。

Abstract:A detection method using capillary gas chromatography-thermal conductivity detector (GC-TCD) to determine the nitrous oxide in liquid oxygen from air separation units is introduced. The advantages and disadvantages between packed column and capillary column are compared, as well as that between pulse discharge detector and thermal conductivity detector. According to production practice, a combination of 10m capillary PQ column and thermal conductivity detector is adopted to monitor the nitrous oxide content in liquid oxygen at the side condenser of air separation unit. The practical operation shows that the method has the advantages of accurate analysis, short process time and good stability.
