弹簧操动机构电磁铁故障诊断分析方法研究

摘    要:高压开关设备的弹簧操动机构发生故障时会给电力系统带来巨大的损失,为解决传统高压开关设备上使用的弹簧操动机构故障难以识别和诊断等难题,文中通过在弹簧操动机构上加装电流传感器和激光位移传感器,分别采集高压开关设备分、合闸动作过程中电磁铁线圈动作电流及电磁铁铁芯运动行程,实现对高压开关设备弹簧操动机构运行状态的监测,建立其电磁铁故障的特征模型,最终实现对弹簧操动机构电磁铁故障的分析和判断。

Abstract:The spring operating mechanism of high-voltage switchgear will bring huge losses to the power system when it fails.In order to solve the difficult problems of identifying and diagnosing the fault of spring operating mechanism used in traditional high-voltage switchgear,this paper installs current sensor and laser displacement sensor on the spring operating mechanism,collecting the action current of the electromagnet coil and the movement distance of the electromagnet core during the opening and closing of the high-voltage switchgear,realizing the monitoring of the operation state of the spring operating mechanism of the high-voltage switchgear,establishing the characteristic model of its electromagnet fault,and finally realizing the analysis and judgment of the electromagnet fault of the spring operating mechanism.
