防爆胶轮车液压驱动系统故障分析及改进

摘    要:介绍了某型矿用胶轮车闭式液压驱动系统的原理,分析了系统无法建压、液压泵轴端泄漏及车辆空挡溜车的故障原因,并从驱动系统原理着手提出了改进措施,在确保整车使用性能的基础上,降低了车辆故障率,节省了车辆维修成本,提高了整车安全性,避免了人员伤亡安全事故。

Abstract:The principle of a closed hydraulic drive system for a certain type of mine rubber tire vehicle was introduced. Analysed the fault causes of the system not pressurizing,the leakage of the hydraulic pump shaft end and the vehicle neutral slip. The improvement plan was proposed from the principle of the drive system. On the basis of ensuring the performance of the vehicle,reduces the vehicle fault rate, saves the cost of vehicle maintenance,improves the safety of the vehicle,and avoids safety accidents that cause casualties.
