摘    要:近年来,我国配电网高速发展,在取得成就的同时,也要指出我国配电网与世界顶尖城市配电网在网架结构方面仍有差距,亟须充分吸取国外先进经验,提高我国城市配电网供电可靠性。首先,在分析新加坡、法国、日本等世界一流高可靠供电区域的配电网网架结构的基础上,研究适应于我国未来城市发展特点的高可靠中压配电网网架。然后,结合我国现行中压配电网网架结构特点,充分考虑未来城市电网规划布局,针对我国供电可靠率为6个"9"的网架结构建设相对滞后等实际情况,综合考虑各类高可靠中压网架结构,最终提出"双花瓣"式中压配电网接线形式,并开展仿真建模分析计算。最后,结合仿真计算结果,提出适用于未来城市主城区、副城区、特色小镇等不同区域的中压电缆网典型结构,并且开展了实例应用分析。

Abstract:In recent years,the rapid development of China’s distribution power grid have made a lots of achievement.However,there is still a large gap between China and the world top cities’distribution power grid in terms of grid structure.It is important to fully take advantage of the experience of these cities and improve China’s power supply reliability.This article proposed a reliable medium voltage distribution network structure for China’s future city by analyzing the grid structure of world-class power supply reliable areas such as Singapore,France,and Japan.In addition,by fully consider the structure of current medium voltage distribution network and the planning of the power grid in future cities,based on the situation that the lagging development of grid structure that can have a power supply reliability reach up to six‘9’in China.This paper takes fully consideration of various types of high reliable medium-voltage grid structures.A"double petal"mode medium voltage distribution network connecting method is proposed and simulation analysis are carried out.Finally,based on the simulation results,typical structure for medium voltage cable network applicable to different areas in future cities such as the main city area,the sub city area and the featured village is obtained.This method is practically used in typical cities in China.
