| 摘 要： | 利用高压在线消解方式,采用连续流动光度法,同时测定水样中的总磷总氮.结果 显示,总磷在0～5.00mg/L、总氮在0～10.00mg/L的范围内,均可获得良好的线性方程,相关系数(R)均达0.999以上.该方法检出限低,准确度和精密度良好,能够满足水质分析要求,适用于大批量水样中总磷总氮的快速准确测定.
