摘    要:扭矩轴是联接电机和传动系统的关键零件,采煤机受载过大时,扭矩轴在卸荷槽处折断以保护采煤机截割部。结合采煤机工况,利用ADAMS和ANSYS对扭矩轴进行分析,得到了扭矩轴最大剪切应力值、时刻和位置。基于刚柔耦合仿真结果,分析得到了扭矩轴Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型应力强度因子。基于可靠性理论,构建以应力强度因子-材料断裂韧度干涉公式,得到扭矩轴的断裂可靠度和断裂疲劳寿命可靠度。

Abstract:The torque shaft was the key part connecting the motor and the transmission system. When the shearer was overloaded,the torque shaft was broken at the unloading chute to protect the shearer cutting department. Combined with the working condition of shearer, ADAMS and ANSYS were used to analyze torque shaft,and the maximum shear stress value, moment and position of torque shaft were obtained. Based on analysis of the coupled simulation results, the torque shaft Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ stress intensity factor were obtained. Based on the reliability theory,the stress intensity factor-material fracture toughness interference formula was constructed to obtain the fracture reliability and fracture fatigue life reliability of the torque shaft.
