深部巷道破碎围岩注浆加固技术研究

摘    要:为有效解决岳城煤矿东轨大巷围岩变形严重、巷道底鼓等问题,提出了"深孔锚索+注浆加固"的深部条件下大巷注浆加固方案,通过现场围岩观测和钻孔窥视等方式,对加固效果进行了现场检验。结果表明:两帮和顶底板平均变形速度均为1 mm/d左右,孔壁在0~1.5 m范围内多处见浆,浆液扩散半径在4 m以上,扩散深度在4.4 m及以上,围岩塑性良好。

Abstract:In view of the serious deformation of the surrounding rock and the floor heave of the east rail roadway in Yuecheng Coal Mine,this paper puts forward the grouting reinforcement scheme of the main roadway under the deep conditions of "deep hole anchor cable + grouting reinforcement",and carries out the field inspection on the reinforcement effect by means of field surrounding rock observation and drilling peep.The test results show that:the average deformation velocity of both sides and roof and floor are about 1 mm /d,slurry is seen in many places within the range of 0~ 1.5 m,the slurry diffusion radius is more than 4 m,the diffusion depth is 4.4 m and above,and the surrounding rock plasticity is good.
