红外精确测温技术在电力设备状态检修中的应用

摘    要:红外精确测温技术在电力系统中应用非常广泛。研究电力设备红外图谱并配合其他检测手段,可以准确判断设备故障部位和类型,为检修工作提供指导。本文总结了红外精确测温技术在发现各类电力设备发热缺陷中的应用,并根据工作中发现的两起典型电压致热型缺陷图谱,初步判断了缺陷成因,电气试验及解体检查结果分别验证了两个案例中红外测温结论即绝缘子发生劣化和套管内部存在结构缺陷,为电力设备状态检修提供了典型案例依据。

Abstract:Accurate infrared temperature measurement technology is widely used in power system.Study the infrared spectrum of power equipment and cooperate with other detection methods can accurately determine the location and type of equipment defects,as well as provide guidance for equipment maintenance.This paper summarizes the application of infrared accurate temperature measurement in the discovery of various types of power equipment overheating defects.Based on two typical voltage-based hot-spot defect pattern found in the work,the paper preliminary analyzes that the insulator deterioration and structural flaw in the bushing result in uneven temperature distribution.The result of electrical test and overhaul inspection verify the infrared temperature measurement result in two cases,that is,the insulator deteriorated and the bushing has structural defects,thus to provide typical examples for condition maintenance of power equipment.
