摘    要:盆式绝缘子是气体绝缘金属封闭开关(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)最重要的绝缘部件,其性能优劣直接影响GIS的运行可靠性。文中针对多个252 kV GIS用盆式绝缘子样本,在昆明特高压试验基地进行了特性试验,并根据试验采用仿真计算手段,建立了三维电场仿真和应力仿真模型,校核了盆式绝缘子及母线结构的绝缘设计和应力设计,并结合零表压试验和水压破坏试验结果进行了分析,得到了各盆式绝缘子在不同载荷下的设计裕度,并针对性的提出了设备选型和后续工作优化建议。研究成果有助于深入理解盆式绝缘子的设计和技术细节上的差异,为252 kV GIS设备选型、运行维护提供了参考。

Abstract:The basin insulator is the most important insulating part of Gas Insulated metal closed switch(GIS),and its performance can directly affect the operation life of GIS.In this paper,some sample of 252 kV basin insulators are used to do the corresponding characteristics test in kunming UHV Test Base,and the three dimensional electric field simulation and stress simulation model is set up based on conditions in the experiment,check the basin insula⁃tor and the insulation of the busbar structure design and mechanical stress design,and the basin insulators under dif⁃ferent load design margin is clear combined with zero gage pressure test and water pressure test results,and perti⁃nent equipment selection and follow⁃up optimization suggestions are put forward.Research results help to under⁃stand the differences in design principles and technical details,and through the various product design margin of quantitative evaluation and examination,and provide the reference for 252 kV GIS equipment selection and opera⁃tion maintenance.
