摘    要:为了预测采煤机摇臂的剩余寿命并将预测过程和结果集成于系统进行动态可视化显示,设计并开发了基于ASP.NET框架的采煤机摇臂剩余寿命预测系统。利用Microsoft Visual Studio 2010系统开发软件,采用C#语言中Process类进程调用方法驱动Python语言编写的深度学习寿命预测模型运行,结合相关控件对生成的图像和数据结果进行调用、解析和输出,完成寿命预测模型与Web系统的嵌套和交互,实现采煤机摇臂关键零部件剩余寿命预测值的可视化和数字化。最后,通过采煤机摇臂低速区惰轮机构与高速区轴承数据集验证了所开发系统的可行性与有效性。

Abstract:In order to predict the residual life of the shearer rocker arm and integrate the prediction process and results into the system for dynamic visual display, an ASP.NET framework based residual life prediction system of shearer rocker arm was designed and developed. Using Microsoft Visual Studio2010 software system development, driven by the Process in the C# language classes process calls methods the depth of the Python language learning life prediction model, combined with related control to invoke, the images and data results of analytical and output, and the life prediction model with the Web system of nested and interaction, realized the residual life prediction of shearer rocker arm key components visualization and digitization. In the end, the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed system were verified by the data set of low speed zone idler mechanism and high speed zone bearing of shearer rocker arm.
