基于MOSFET的电磁换向阀节能驱动技术

摘    要:探讨了一种基于MOSFET的电磁换向阀节能驱动技术。首先对电磁换向阀的节能原理进行了描述,对电磁换向阀节能驱动电路进行了设计。然后对关键电路进行了详细设计,给出了其具体工作原理。最后设计了实验平台对电路进行了实验验证。结果表明,该节能驱动电路能够达到节能的目的,节能效率达到30%以上。

Abstract:Discussed an energy-saving driving technology of electromagnetic directional valve based on MOSFET. Firstly, the energy-saving principle of the electromagnetic directional valve was described and the energy-saving driving circuit of the electromagnetic directional valve was designed. Then designd the key circuit in detail and gave its working principle. Finally, an experimental platform was designed to verify the circuit. The results show that this energy-saving driving circuit can achieve the goal of energy saving and the energy-saving efficiency is more than 30%.
