摘    要:针对火电机组日益严苛的环保节能降耗要求以及锅炉除渣系统新型结构干渣机的应用,山西兆光电厂常规燃煤发电机组锅炉使用大倾角一步进仓鳞斗式干渣机,取消一二级清扫链系统、二级钢带机系统等设备;干渣机检修维护工作量大幅降低,除渣能力由原设计35 t/h升至100 t/h,大大提高了锅炉除渣系统排渣能力,消除了机组频繁降负荷处理除渣系统故障的影响,锅炉底部漏风降幅明显,对锅炉燃烧和脱硝运行非常有利,提高了机组运行可靠性,降低了机组能耗。

The transformed efficiency analysis of system for super-critical coal-fired units in addition to standard chartered

Abstract:Aiming at the requirement of environment-protecting and energy-reduction of increasingly demanding for thermal power,and the application of new type of structural bottom ash conveyor of boiler slag removal system as well as the bottom ash conveyor that Shanxi Zhaoguang Power Plant Conventional Coal-fired Generator Boiler uses,we cancel the equipment of one and two levels of cleaning chain system,two levels of steel belt machine system,the maintenance working amount of bottom ash conveyor has been largely reduced. The deslagging ability rises from 35 t/h to 100 t/h in the original design and largely heighten the ability of deslagging system of boiler and eliminate the influence of dealing with deslagging system failure of frequent load reduction. The bottom of boiler has been very obvious in air leak and it has very beneficiary of boiler burning and denitration operation to heighten the reliability of unit operation and lower the energy consumption of units.
