回采巷道顶部袋式充填技术应用研究

摘    要:为解决由于煤层产状变化使端头三角煤无法回收的难题,以赵庄矿5313工作面为工程背景,提出回采巷道顶部袋式充填材料性能需求.根据实际地质条件,改良高速涡流制浆桶优化了充填系统,并在现场实施过程中优化施工工艺,通过观测巷道围岩变形量检验顶部充填效果,巷道两帮最大移近量196mm,达到了预期的效果设想.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the triangular coal at the tip cannot be recovered due to changes in coal seam occurrence,with Zhaozhuang Mine’s 5313 working face as the engineering background,the performance requirements of the bag filling material at the top of the mining roadway are proposed.According to the actual geological conditions,the filling system was optimized by improving the high-speed eddy current pulping barrel,and the construction process was optimized during the on-site implementation.The top filling effect is tested by observing the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.The maximum distance between the two sides of the roadway is 196 mm,which has achieved the expected effect.
