摘    要:针对目前矿井回风余热回收用重力热管的换热过程不可控问题,提出了可变导热管的设计应用方案。考虑热管内的不凝性气体,结合热管内部的相变传热过程,通过传热热阻分析,建立了单根可变导热管的一维换热分析模型,并进行了换热分析。结果表明:定贮气室温度的可变导热管换热效果主要由热源温度和管内的工作温度决定,可变导热管对矿井回风的调控温度区间随矿井回风和新风的温差增大而增加,调控阶段的管内工作温度基本不变。

Abstract:The variable conductance heat pipe(VCHP) is used to solve the problem of uncontrollable heat exchange of heat pipe for waste heat recovery of mine return air. Considering non-condensable gas(NCG) and the phase change heat transfer process in the heat pipe, the one-dimensional heat transfer analysis model of a single heat pipe was established, and the heat transfer analysis of the heat pipe was conducted. The results show that the heat transfer effect of the VCHP with NCG reservoir at steady temperature is mainly determined by the temperature of the heat source and the working temperature in the VCHP. The regulating temperature range of the VCHP on the mine return air increases with the increase of the temperature difference between the mine return air and the fresh air. The operating temperature in the VCHP is basically constant during the regulation stage.
