摘    要:为适应国家能源变革与新一轮电力体制改革新趋势,国家电网有限公司提出建设泛在电力物联网发展战略,助推电网企业由单一供电服务向综合能源服务转型升级。文章围绕现阶段客户内部供配电设施安全运行维护关键需求,提出客户侧电力物联网在客户智能运维服务方面的先行探索方法,通过建立云平台与采控终端的远程故障诊断运维体系,实现对客户侧变配电设备运行的智能感知与快速预警处理,全面提高客户变配电设施安全管理水平,提升客户及电网安全预警能力。通过该体系的应用,能够拓展用能服务范畴,增强客户粘性;探索全新商业模式和技术体系,为进一步拓展综合能源服务奠定基础。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the national energy reform and the trend of the new round of power system reform,State Grid Corporation proposed a grid development strategy of State Grid-electric Internet of Things(SG-eIoT)to transform State Grid from a power service supplier to a comprehensive energy service supplier.Focusing on the key requirements for safe operation and maintenance of customers’internal power supply and distribution grid equipment,a pilot method combining the concept of SG-eIoT on customer-side in intelligent equipment operation and maintenance was proposed in this paper.By establishing the cloud platform and a remote fault diagnosis mechanism of acquisition and control terminals,the intelligently sense and rapidly warning processing of the distribution equipment operation on customer-side can be realized.The safety management measure of power transformer and distribution facilities on customer-side,improve security pre-warning capabilities can be comprehensively improved,and the safety warning capabilities of the company’s customer-oriented energy services and customer can be enhanced.The application of this system can expand the scope of energy use services and enhance customer stickiness.A new business model and technology system explored lays the foundation for further development of comprehensive energy services,and helps to win the energy service market.
