摘    要:针对传统矿用声发射监测系统采用井下嵌入式主机采集信号并实时处理、传输结果数据到地面显示的方式存在成本高、稳定性差、产品体积大等缺点,提出了井下实时采集、实时传输,地面进行信号处理、结果显示的方法。结果证明该方法大大降低矿用声发射监测系统成本、提高了产品稳定性、减小了产品体积,很好地解决了传统矿用声发射监测系统的现有问题。

Abstract:In view of the disadvantages of traditional mine acoustic emission monitoring system, such as high cost, poor stability, large product volume and so on, which adopts underground embedded host to collect signals and process them in real time and transmit the result data to the ground for display, puts forward the methods of underground real-time collection, real-time transmission, ground signal processing and result display. The results show that this method greatly reduces the cost of mine acoustic emission monitoring system, improves product stability, reduces product volume, and solves the existing problems of traditional mine acoustic emission monitoring system.
