GIS盆式绝缘子模态特征仿真研究

摘    要:盆式绝缘子作为GIS的重要组成部件,对其安全稳定运行起着非常重要的作用,主要表现在机械固定作用和电气绝缘作用,气密性的绝缘子还起到分隔气室的作用。为了研究不同电压等级下盆式绝缘子的固有模态特征,文中建立了110、220、330、550、750 kV 5种电压等级的盆式绝缘子有限元模型,仿真得到此5种电压等级盆式绝缘子的第7?16阶振型以及固有频率。仿真结果表明,盆式绝缘子模态普遍存在重根模态现象;不同电压等级下的盆式绝缘子固有模态特征存在一定共性,在重根模态表现出的共性更多,而非重根模态则表现出较多差异;盆式绝缘子的电压等级越高,其相同阶数的固有频率数值越低。文中的研究为振动法检测盆式绝缘子表面状态以及内部气隙缺陷等提供了指导意义。

Abstract:Spacer is an important component of GIS and play a very important role in their safe and stable operation.They are mainly manifested in mechanical fixation and electrical insulation.Air?tight insulators also play a role in separating air chambers.In order to study the inherent modal characteristics of basin insulators under different volt?age levels,this article establish a finite element model of basin type insulators with five voltage levels of 110,220,330,550 kV,and 750 kV.The five voltage levels are simulated by simulation 7th?16th mode shapes and natural fre?quencies of basin insulators.The simulation results show that the intrinsic mode characteristics of the basin insula?tors under different voltage levels have certain commonalities,and they have more commonalities in the double root mode,but more differences in the non?double root mode.The research in this paper provides guidance for detecting the surface state of pot insulators by vibration method.
