采煤机截割部齿轮受力及疲劳寿命研究

摘    要:以MG300/700-WD型采煤机截割部为研究对象,利用MATLAB编程分析了不同煤层性质和夹矸层高度及位置对截割力的影响。采用ANSYS Workbench软件对截割部高速端齿轮进行动力学分析,利用nCode Design Life软件进行疲劳寿命分析,得到其易于疲劳的位置为两齿轮齿面接触的部位,其寿命为163 d左右,对采煤机预防性维修具有重要意义。

Abstract:Taking the cutting part of the MG300/700-WD shearer as the research object, used MATLAB programming to analyze the influence of different coal seam properties and the height and position of the gangue layer on the cutting force. The ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the dynamics of the high-speed end gears of the cutting part,and the nCode Design Life software was used to analyze the fatigue life. The positions that are prone to fatigue are the location of the contact of two gear tooth surfaces and the life is about 163 days, which is of great significance to the preventive maintenance of the shearer.
